How can I make sex last longer my first time?

Im a male in highschool and Im extremely worried that the first time I get any kind of sex I will be done and soft...so to speak...way too fast. Like too fast for the girl to take any pleasure in it. Is this normal? What can I do to make sure I at least dont emberass myself and last at least a little bit longer?

its normal.... they have these de-sensitizing or whatever condoms you can buy and you would last much longer. u wont feel as much
