Question about child support for under-age people in Indiana?

If the father of a baby is fourteen and the mother is thirteen and they don't want for the father to have to pay child support, what do they do? Just not apply for child-support?
And will either of the kids be charged with fines or something for having sex under the legal age of consent?

As far as charges, no there will be no charges, both kids were under 16.

If you don't request child support then no one has to pay child support, UNLESS someone else requests it on your behalf.

Typically the mother of the girl who got pregnant does not want to pay for this baby all by herself, diapers and formula, and daycare add up quick so she wants state assistance for her underage daughter. The daughter would qualify for food stamps, Medicaid, and all sorts of government programs, so the mother/grandmother tells her daughter you must apply for state assistance because i can't support you all.

Once you apply for ANY state assistance the state files child support against the father in the hopes of recouping some of that money. Until the boy is 18 his parents are obligated to pay it, it is usually around 0 a month. If you lie about not knowing who the dad is that is considered insurance fraud and they will request the names of every boy you ever slept with and DNA test them all until they find the father, AND if you don't give them the right names then they cut off your assistance and can prosecute you for insurance fraud and you will be ordered to pay back thousands of dollars in back assistance the state provided and if you can't pay it back because you are 15 with no job and a kid they just send you to jail.

Isn't it FUN having a kid under the age of 18?
