Question by Melissa:): Is it illegal for a 16 year old to have sex with a 20year old in Quebec?

It has not happened yet but we have been together for over 5 months. He is turning 21 soon, so is it also illegal for us to have sex if I am 16 and he is 21? I live in Quebec and I am not sure of the laws. Than you :)

Nope, once you're 16 it's all good, you can bang 50 year olds if you want.
